YOGA

1 on 1 online sessions with Vinny aimed to help ease the digestive system, balance through nutrition and learn how to listen to the body. Yoga for gut health is also recommended to those suffering from eating disorders as it simultaneously works on the mind. The introduction session includes consultation, movement and breathing techniques.
